The MODELWERK Model Academy is a multi-day intensive workshop where aspiring models learn, together with experienced coaches and industry professionals, how to present themselves confidently and build a long-term modeling career through a combination of practical training and professional insights.
The focus lies on body awareness, expression, and presence - both on the runway and in front of the camera. Through hands-on sessions, you?ll refine your posing, performance, and charisma, applying what you?ve learned in test shoots and street style sessions. The Academy provides a comprehensive understanding of the structure and expectations of the fashion industry - from castings and agency processes to on-set etiquette and independent career planning.
A key focus is placed on social media and entrepreneurial thinking - teaching you how to use content effectively, present yourself professionally, and develop your career with confidence and strategy.
Participation in the MODELWERK Academy is highly selective and open to carefully chosen talents. Through the personal selection by Claudia Midolo, founder of MODELWERK, an environment is created where quality, attitude, and genuine potential take center stage.

In practice-oriented workshops, you?ll combine theory, application, and entrepreneurial thinking. You?ll learn how to plan, produce, and present content, collaborate professionally with brands, build partnerships.
