THE COMPANY. MODELWERK Modelagentur GmbH is based in Germany and is one of the world‘s leading global talent discovery and management agencies. Since 1995, the family run company has been combining the best possible representation practices and career development for models and talents with the targeted fulfllment of needs for partner agencies, magazines and well-known brands from fashion, cosmetics, and lifestyle. MODELWERK currently employs more than 70 employees at three locations in Hamburg.

MODELWERK represents over 1,300 female and male international models. From the Main Board and Icon/Curve models to well-known influencers, athletes, artists and actors to young models who are just beginning their careers. MODELWERK discovered and shaped the careers of internationally recognized models including Toni Garrn, Alpha Dia, Esther Heesch, Emma Sanders, and Penelope Ternes.

MEDIATION & PLACEMENT. MODELWERK is the mediator and organizer of the interaction between the model or talent and the customer or project or between themodel and the partner agency

SCOUTING & DEVELOPMENT. In order to fulfll the company mission, MODELWERK is constantly looking for new faces for the fashion industry. In addition to scouting, model development is one of the company‘s main tasks.

NETWORKING. In addition to contractual partners, MODELWERK can rely on a large network of models, influencers, talents and influential personalities in the industry.

CONTRACT IMPLEMENTATION & ADMINISTRATION. MODELWERK has internal and external specialists to design, review, and manage contracts in the interest of clients, models and talents.

MODELWERK ACADEMY. Through the MODELWERK Academy, MODELWERK has created a comprehensive Seminar for aspiring and experienced influencers. This workshop functions to provide participants with the skills to use social media in the best possible way. At the same time, the MODELWERK ACADEMY gives brands and product managers the opportunity to support the project as a sponsor and to further develop their product marketing.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT PRODUCTION. MODELWERK creates high quality content for their own social networks, for their models and talents, and their customers. 'Making-of' material can be created on site, during a shoot, and for promotion published on their own channels.

PHOTO STUDIO. MODELWERK has a high-quality in-house photo studio with their own photographers, videographers, and stylists. In addition to photo shoots and pay tests, castings for customers also take place in the space.
